Good Afternoon Billy,
It was good to see you the other day. You are looking good buddy. We spoke a little bit about
the attempted robbery at our shop and I mentioned starting a business type community watch
program. John and Jody from the Taekwondo studio across the street are going to help us lead
that. We have a initial meeting scheduled at the Spout Springs Fire Department on Monday June
12, 2017 @ 7PM. The meeting will be led by the Harnett County Sherriff's office. I have attached
a letter for that to invite you to it if you are able to attend. I wanted you to know about it since
you do have interest in the property in the area.
The real estate company "On Site Rentals" behind us was broken into last week as well. I believe
it was Thursday evening. I believe that a community watch program will benefit everybody and
everything in this immediate area and help keep people safe and property free from violence.
My wife Sarah and I are trying to plan another community event in order t show appreciation to
the community for their business support over the years and the huge support and care that was
expressed toward us after the incident. We would like to involve all the businesses in the area
mostly from our plaza and the two across the street. We would like to ask your permission to
overflow on your empty lot again. As always we will secure event liability insurance for the day. I
can stop by and go over details of the event with you or somebody in the office if you would like
to be involved in he event as well.
We are tentatively scheduling the event for Saturday, July 29, 2017. Thank you so much for
your continued support with everything in the community that we are trying to make better

I wanted to send you a thank you note today. We really appreciate the use of your
property for our Autism fund-raiser. We are still tallying up the totals from all the
participants but it looks like the total raised from tattoo, raffles, food, vendors and the
motorcycle run from a local motorcycle club is near the $7000 range. That is not bad for
a one day event. This couldn't have been so much of a success without your
assistance. We ordered some portable toilets for the visitors that are on site. We had
asked the company to hold off picking them up until it dries up a bit. I don't want their
trucks to rut up the property with the ground being soft and wet. We are having a special
appreciation item being made for you and if you can fit me in your schedule I would like
to present it to you. Are you available to grab lunch on a Monday afternoon after May
8th? Monday is best for me as the shop is closed but I am also flexible.
