horizontal setback between a water supply well and septic tank and drain field of 100ft must be
verified to safeguard the public welfare, safety, health, and to protect and beneficially develop
groundwater resources of the state (15A NCAC 02C.0107(2) (A).
When completed call 893-7547 to confirm that the items mentioned have been corrected, we will then
reschedule your property for evaluation.
