On May 1.20171 inspected the column footings for the project at the above address. The
embedment depth did not comply with the construction drawings. I advised the construction crew
of this deficiency.
On May 12, 2017, I conducted a subsequent inspection to determine if the deficient work was
resolved. The contractor had raise the grade near the columns and added concrete collars around
the posts which provides the required 48-Inch embedment. The footing system now complies with
the construction drawings.
I have no structural concerns regarding the footings for this building.
