The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on March 28,
2003, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County Administration Building, 102
East Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.

Staff present: Neil Emory, County Manager
Wm. A. (Tony) Wilder, Assistant County Manager
Vice Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 11 :30 a.m. and called on County
Manager Neil Emory.
Mr. Emory led a discussion on airport property acquisition and on possible options
regarding the fate of the old courthouse.
There being no further business, the Harnett County Board of Commissioners
Workshop, March 28,2003, adjourned at 12:15.
