Nothing was done to alter or modify the existing electrical, plumbing,or mechanical components. The mechanical system was cleaned by a restoration company and we have put the home through several thorough cleanings, paint applications, and trim modifications but the structure, insulation,and mechanical workings of the home were not overhauled.
