CALL TO ORDER: Landon Chandler, Planning Services, called the meeting
to order at 9:00 am.
WELCOME: Landon Chandler, Planning Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings.

A. ANIMAL ADVENTURES@NOAHS LANDING-COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. Cory Freeman, represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
Decision:
Bryan McSwain, Environmental Health made a motion to hold the plat and Tammy Ward, GIS/E911Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to hold the plat. (SEE ANIMAL ADVENTURES

OTHER BUSINESS:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Shane Cummings, made the motion to approve the minutes for the August 26, 2015 meeting and it was
seconded by Landon Chandler. There was a unanimous vote to approve the minutes.
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 9:20am
