Following an examination of the rezoning request by the RLUAC staff and Board of Directors for the parcels listed above, and recognizing that our findings
are non-binding on Harnett County, the RLUAC Board of Directors finds that:
The parcels are located within an area that is identified as suitable for URBAN development on the Joint
Land Use Study maps, and
They do not contain any identified military impacts.
Therefore RLUAC has no issues or concerns with this rezoning request.
