Thanks, Troy From: Landon Chandler [mailto:lchandler@harnett.org] Sent: Friday, July 17, 2015 1:52 PM To: Baker, Troy L Subject: Stone Cross Subdivision - Harnett County - Street Length Troy, We have a subdivision in the County which will be going before the Planning Board in order to receive a variance on maximum linear street length. Our ordinance, which mirrors many of NCDOT’s regulations in regards to street length calls for a maximum of 2,500lft on non-through roads. I am contacting you in regards to street maintenance if/when these variances are approved. Pending the subdivision meeting all other prescribed requirements of NCDOT, will this subdivision be eligible for dedication of right of way maintenance to NCDOT. Thank you in advance for all your help and we look forward to hearing from you.
