The referenced project located at 2071 Heritage Way, Cameron, NC 28326 was inspected on February 28, 2017,
by Larry Beals and David LyJordan and re-inspected by Greg Williams on March 29, 2017 for compliance with
Rules for Mental Health, Development Disability, and Substance Abuse Facilities and Services (10A NCAC
Chapter 27, Subchapter G), under a .5600A program, and reviewed per North Carolina State Residential
Building Code. We have notified Mental Health Licensure Section that this project was recommended for use as
of March 29, 2017 for up to 3 all ambulatory and able to evacuate residents.
Please use our Project No. MHL-3919-LDB and FID No. 160616 on all correspondence related to this project.
