The plan was reviewed for lot #689 Anderson Creek subdivision in Spring i
lake, North Carolina to address the areas of the foundation larking projection.

At the sections of the perimeter foundation walls lacking projection, a 12" ll
trench is to be excavated to the bottom of the footing at the outside and #4 x i
12" rebar dowels at 12" o.c. are to be embedded a minimum of 4" with epoxy. t
The newly added sections of concrete will provide the required support for all �'' 1
