Dear Mr. Aiken,
ATC visited the above referenced site to observe and evaluate foundation soils for Lot 152. At the time
of our visit, building pad construction and footing excavation were complete. The pad appears to have
received less than 12 inches fill with footings bearing on residual soils.
Using a'' /2 inch diameter steel probe rod to probe soils at bottom of footing elevation, results indicated
soils are firm and have sufficient bearing capacity to support a foundation' designed for a net allowable
bearing capacity of 2,000 pounds per square foot (psf).
