After 6 months the application expires so after 4 years they should start over with the fees or at the very least pay a
revision fee as a resubmittal charge and update application. Not sure if this was explained to you. (See the second page
of the land use). We will just process it as is but add a 25.00 fee to them both for reprocessing charge/revision charge.

The fees for these were paid back in 2012 when the file was opened but no inspection was ever called in and done. They
are just now ready for inspections.
