Enclosed are four full sets of construction documents of the above referenced store for review by your department for
zoning and building permits and fire approval. A land use, building and fire applications are enclosed. The project will
be bid after the permit review is complete. The general contractor to be determined by Food Lion after the project has
been bid. Permitting fees will be paid at that time.
