August 7, 2002, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, County Administration
Building, 102 East Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.

Chairman Byrd called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
The Board discussed the future of the old Coats School campus and election districts.
• There being no further business, the special meeting, August 7, 2002, adjourned at
6:30 p.m.
