August 30, 2010 Clayton Homes Subject: Structural Evaluation -- Overheight Pier and Anchor Evaluation 7370 NC 210, Bunn Level, NC 28323 I have examined the foundation of the manufactured home at the above location. The home has been placed on double blocked CMU piers and anchored with tie down straps, double attached, placed every 8 feet. The rear exterior row of piers are an average 36 "-38° with two piers at 46 ". All other piers average 32 ". Based on my observations, the pier and anchoring system is structurally sounded, properly designed and installed, and adequate to meet all expected loads.
