all equipment, materials and supplies associated with performing the services outlined herein.
All labor costs, direct and indirect, have been determined and included in the proposed
cost.
The Vendor is aware of the prevailing conditions associated with performing this contract.
The Vendor agrees to complete the scope of work for this project with no exceptions.
