The following corrective measures must be used for footing: Use 12” of gravel on left lower garage corner,
use 3" chairs with two #5 rebar left side perimeter and rear perimeter of house and fireplace. Also on left
side perimeter use geofabric, use two #5 rebar on interior wall by garage. On all 5 interior piers use two #4
mbar m both direction to create a mat in the bottom of the piers.
