The purpose of the evaluation was to determine the soil wetness condition and to determine the sites suitability for an onsite wastewater system. Field techniques outlined in the North Carolina Laws and Rules for Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems were used to determine soil texture, structure, consistency and soil wetness condition.
