GIS/ E911 Addressing Department, Shane Cummings, Public Utilities, Amanda Bader, County Engineer.
OTHERS PRESENT: Theresa Jones, Recording Secretary
CALL TO ORDER: Landon Chandler,
Planning Services, called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
WELCOME: Landon Chandler, Planning Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings.

NEW BUSINESS:
A.CAMPBELL POINTE TOWNHOMES-MULTI-FAMILY SITE PLAN REVIEW. Tyrus Clayton, Jason Price, Andrew Maricle represented the application
and discussions were made by the board.
Decision: Tammy Ward, GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Bryan McSwain, Environmental Health seconded the
motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally approve the plat. (SEE CAMPBELL POINTE TOWNHOMES DECISION PACKET)
VI. OTHER BUSINESS:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Amanda
Bader, made the motion to approve the minutes for the April 1, 2015 meeting and it was seconded by Shane Cummings. There was a unanimous vote to approve all minutes.
ADJOURNMENT: The
