1. The wing walls on the garage must be sheathed on inside and nailed
on perimeters @6"
2. Box fill on the pancakes is incorrect. 3 "electrical pancake boxes are
not permitted. NEC 314.16 -B.1 requires that each 14 wire in the box
needs 2 cu. in. of space, so for a 14-2 with ground, 6 cu. in is required
... plus the additional wires that are brought in from the light or
appliance must be accounted for on the total space calculation.
3. The load points as drawn by the engineer are not blocked to the
foundation in several spots. Please check all load points.
4. The wall next to the upstairs bathroom is carrying the roof load and
is sitting on only floor sheathing. Block it to the foundation
