o Four lane U.S. 401 corridor in Harnett County
(TIP # R- 2609);
o Authorize counties to operate natural gas as an enterprise;
o Authorize additional staff for District Attorney's Office;
o Expand Broadband in rural Harnett County communities;
o Allow counties to use E -911 funds for E -911 needs other
than equipment;
o Continue to lobby for counties to receive the maximum
allocation from lottery funds; and
o Central Carolina Community College Trustee Selection
