BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Landon Chandler, Planning Services, Jimmy Riddle, Fire Marshall, Bryan McSwain, Environmental Health; Tammy Ward,
GIS/ E911 Addressing Department, Shane Cummings, Public Utilities, Beth Bilson, County Engineer.
OTHERS PRESENT: Theresa Jones, Recording Secretary
CALL TO ORDER: Landon Chandler,
Planning Services, called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
WELCOME: Landon Chandler, Planning Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings.

COMMENT ( 30 MINUTES)
OLD BUSINESS: A.SOLID FOUNDATION FOOD PANTRY-COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. Thomas Simpson represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
Decision:
Tammy Ward, GIS/E911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Shane Cummings, Public Utilities seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE SOLID FOUNDATION DECISION PACKET 2)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Landon Chandler, made the motion to
approve the minutes for the December 10, 2014 meeting and it was seconded by Shane Cummings. There was a unanimous vote to approve all minutes.
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned
