of a publio road from the Smithfield and Fayetteville road ,at Thos.MoLambs via.S.C.Neighbors
M.G.Lee,and W.L.McLeods, to Dunn and Lillington,road, same was accepted and ordered advertised.
Ordered that Sara D.McLean Col. be released of poll tax inLillington townehip,and that he be
placed on record of permanent releases.
J.H.Willlams,Treas. filed his mothly report,same was accepted and ordered filed.
The bridge across soldiers branch on the Lillington & Raleigh road was oondemned,add
contract made with D.J.McLeod, for the construction of a new bridge at the same place for
$37.
