G.Y..GRantham,T.A. Harrington,W.H.Tur1 ngton,D.P.McDonald and J.A.Smith.
4.B.Lanier Sheriff presented his monthly report same was ordered filed.
J.H.Williams Treas.presented his monthly report same was ordered filed.
Dr.J.W.IIalford, supt of Health presented his monthly report same was ordered filed add that
a copy of same be furnished Mayor of the town of Lillington.
Rororc of f.C.Stewart on sale of rent Cotton received. and ordered filed.
J.C.Dorman,having been appointed Constable for Grove Township presented his official bond
in the sum of 1500. same was accepted and ordered recorded.
Ordered that Williams Milling Company be relieved of the.payment of 110.70 tax in Black River
Township,as appears upon the insolvent list -from said. township.
Ordered that Geo.A.Wiiliams be exempt from the payment of poll tax in Harnett County and
that he be placed on the permanent roll of releases.
Ordered that the Clerk of this Board be and he is hereby directed to put names of jurors in
jury box.
Ordered that report of T.A.IIarrington condeming the flat at Northington Ferry be accepted
and that the Clerk of this Board advertise for bids on building new flat.
Ordered by the Board that the date of the Election of local school tax in school district
No.2 for whites in hectors Creek Township be changed from July the 9th,to August the 10th.
Ordered that the following scale be and the same is hereby addopted for the regulation of
the prices to be charged fob the keeping of strayed stock, Horses 11.per week, Cows 0.75
