The Committee on the final report of Dr.J.H.P;ithers C.S.C.having reported favorable;
the same was accepted and ordered recorded on record of official reports.
And the following certificate given him.

This is to certify that the final report of J.H.Withers Clerk of Superior Court
of Harnett County duly filed in this office has been examined,the minutes and
records of said court having been gone over and said report found to be correct;
it is therefore ordered that the same be accepted and approved; and the amount of trust
fund having been paid by said J.H.Withers to his successor in office F.II.Taylor,it is
ordered that the said J.H.Withers and his bondsmen be relieved from further liability.

Steel Bridge to river hill.
Ordered that C.M.Muse atty. be appbi_nted a committee to purchase wire for County
Nome fence.
Ordered that J.F.Arnold be and he is hereby appointed Constable for Buckhorn Township
from April lst.1907,to Dec.lst.1908.
Ordered that G.K.Grantham & C.B'.Luse be appointed a committee to advertise Ponds and
get lithograph of Bonds.
FM.P.McLeod tendered his resignation as over seer of Stock Law Fence in U.L.R.and Barbecue
townships,said resignation was accepted and T.R.Rosser appointed in his stead.
Ordered that J.B.Lanier Sheriff be and he is hereby authorized to collect the rent due
on Cottage on C.H.Square;and to collect sane monthly hereafter and repobt such collections
to this Board.
Ordered that petition signed by Dr.C.P.Norris,C.L.Muse and others ,asking for the plot
of land owned by I''arnett ^,.,.n ±., iTmediatply north of 5.A.Salmons residence,for bentfit
of the Lillington Baptist Church,be granted,'and that G.I {.Grantham Chairman of the
Board of Commissioners execute deed to the Trustees of said Church.
Ordered that Bank of Cape Fear be relieved of $52.97 taxes improperly listed in
Lillington Township,for 1906.
Ordered that J.T.Price,be relieved of $1.60 taxes in Hectors Creek Township for 1906.
Ordered that Joe M.IcLamb be relieved of 85$ taxes in Averasboro Township for 1906.
Ordered that Margaret McCormick be placed on out side poor list at $1. per month.
C.F.Pope Ex Sheriff filed his Monthly report.
Ordered that Dr.W.P.Holt,be allowed $7.for service in small -pox at Duke.
Ordered that Mrs.S.D.Dawkins,be allowed $18. for service as cook for small -pox patients.
Ordered that B.R.Thomas Drug Co. be allowed $3.20 for medicine furnished in Small -pox.
Ordered that J.S.Johnson be allowed $l.for work on Reedy swamp bridge.
Ordered that C.D.Lanie¢B'be allowed $16.66 for keeping Northington Ferry B month.
Ordered that Dr.J.W.IIalford,be allowed :;39.75 for service in small -pox.
Ordered that M.R.Morgan,be allowed $23.for keeping Co.Home 1 month.
Ordered that G.Y.Grantham,be allowed $2.55 for expenses to Fayetteville to let out Bridge.
Ordered that J.P.Lanier,be allowed $11.05 for service as jailor.
Ordered that A.L.Baucom,be allowed $7.20 for board of J.A.Baucom 1 month.
Ordered that H.C.Stewart,be allowed "'17.05 for service as clerk.
Ordered that i:.C.Stewart P.A. be allowed 7.60 for purchase as per bills rendered.
Ordered that Hassell- Johnson Co.be allowed $35.81 for rations furnished small -pox P.H.
Ordered that A.S.Richardson Sheriff of Columbus Co.be allowed $21.85 for conveying
Charley Shelby from Tabor to Dunn.
