The Committee on the final report of Dr.J.H.P;ithers C.S.C.having reported favorable; the same was accepted and ordered recorded on record of official reports. This is to certify that the final report of J.H.Withers Clerk of Superior Court of Harnett County duly filed in this office has been examined,the minutes and records of said court having been gone over and said report found to be correct; it is therefore ordered that the same be accepted and approved; and the amount of trust fund having been paid by said J.H.Withers to his successor in office F.II.Taylor,it is ordered that the said J.H.Withers and his bondsmen be relieved from further liability.
