Board of County Commissioners met,present,
G.B.Grantham,J.A. Smith ,W.H.Turlington,T.A.Harrington and D.P.McDonald.
J.R.Williams Treas.presented his monthly report,same accepted and ordered filed.
J.B.Lanier Sheriff,presented his monthly report,same accepted and ordered filed.
Dr.J.W.Halford,Sutp.of Healtg made verbal report,same was accepted.
G.K.Grantham Chm. reports $8,24 collected on insolvents since last meeting.
Ordered that J.S.Williams,be and he is hereby appointed to repair Stewart& Creek Bridge on
Hillsboro and Fayetteville road.
On hearing petition signed by W.A.page and others asking for the establishment of a public
road in U.L.R.Township,Beginning at the top of the hill on the East side of Stephens Creek
in the Bradley road,running thence by W.J.Brown's,A.L. Wilson 's,W.A.Page's,J.Buchanan's,and
othere,to.Lillington and Upper Little River Township line near Dougald McAuleys; said peti-
tion granted and ordered advertised according to law.
A public road leading from Buie's Creek to:the Raleigh road having been granted,April 6 "1908,
It is ordered that same be laid out according to law with no expense whatever to the County.
