Pope; .Absent W.H. Turlimgton, After canceling all all orders in the hands of the county treasurer ,the board proceeded to elect a chairman for the year 1910, Om motion of rar J.A. Smith and seconded by mr D.P. McDonald ,mr G.F. Pope was unanimously elected chairriar and proceeded at once to take uPom himself the duties of the chairman of the board. Ordered that D.P. McDonald as inspector and Supt of bridge construction have a guard rail placed. in the middle of the Duke bridge therby causeinr all passengers to keep to the right and avoid meeting on bridge. 0 On Motion of Mr J.A. Smith mr Cliffori the county attorney was instructed to em4lotr an engineer to inspect and receive the Duke bridge and also to notify all of the cominsionors when he was to receive it. The petition of mr William Patterson for an election for stock law in Upper Little River Township was continued until the next meeting oftpe board.
