Williams Treaurer was read and approved and ordered filed and recorded. The report of L.J. Arnold Supt of health was read and accepted and ordered filed. The treasurer turned in for cancellation the following amount of script County funds $3418.48 pauper funds $511.49 Jury funds $783.15 bridge funds.$27,2.&5.buokhorn fence funds $112.25 Barbecue fence funds $30.00 Lillington road fund $309.39 Bridge bond funds $174.84 coupons $1701.88, grand Jury report for the Sept term of the superior oourt was read and ordered filed . Andrews deceased , and ex- officio trustees of Joseph Andrews and his Family, did on the First day of June 1907, 1908, 19E j;1910 •W: respectively, own and have':under their control in trust for said Joseph Andrews and his Pinly personal proerty as follows on the first day of June 1907 $32078.00 On the first day of June 1908 , $38984.00 on the first day of June 1909 $32350.00 on the first day of June 1910 $32350.00, And whereas , It has been made to appear to this board that the said Joseph Andrews and his Family are Residents of the Town of Dunn, in Averasboro Township, and were such residents on the dates hereinbefore cited,And Whereae,it is considered and adjudged by this Board that said personal property should have been listed in said Town of Ina and Township for taxation during these years, Ltd Whereas ,it appears by reference to the tax kaki list for the years aforsaid, that said Executors and Trustees have Omitted and failed to list said property in the Township of Averasboro, but have listed the same the same for taxation in Stewarts Creek Township. And Whereas, said property on account of the failure of said Trustees to list same in Averasboro Township for said Years has escaped taxation for the following special purposes to -wits A levy of 25cts on each $100.00 valuation thereof for the Dunn road district. A levy of 30cts on each $100.00 valuation thereof for the Dunn Graded School District No 1 for the white race in Aver.. asbero Township, And Whereas, it is made the duty of this Board to assess the property which has escaped taxatioh for a period not exceeding five years, adding to each back year upon which the same has escaped 25 %tsin addition to the regular tax for that year. Now ,Therfore, it is ordered by the Board of Comissioe- ers of Harnett county that the'foliowing taxes be and the same are hereby levied against said F. Smith, and Geo .E. Prince Executors and Trustees as aforesaid ,to -wit: for the Dunn Road District 25cts on each $100.00 valuation of said property for the years 1907. 1908 1909 and 1910 each respectively,and in addition thereto 25% of said levy for the years 1907,1908,1909 respectivly. for the Dunn Graded School District 30sts on each $100.00 valuation of said property for the Yearn 1907, 19916, 19091 eatd 1910 respectivly, and addition thereto 25% of said Levy Pot the years 1907,1908 and 1909 reepecfl - It is ordered by this Board that the clerk of this Board be and he is hereby directed to prop- erly the taz Milk n levied to the Sheriff and place the same in his hands for collection.
