02061911'°F) - Monday February 6th 1911 County Comissioners of Harnett county met in regular session for the transaction of such business as might come before it, Present V.C. MathewskiHM Chm D.P. McDonald J.E. Wilson, and A.W. Gregory, absent A.F. Johnson. The report of D.B. Stewart, treasure was read and accepted and ordered filed and recorded. The Cdunty orderd and Bonds and Coupons to the hands of the treasurer were received and cancelled. It is' ordered that the entire issue of Harnett Bridge Bonds due -January 1st 1921 optional on January 1st 1911 be called in for payment principal and interest and the Treasurer is hereby direct -ed to' pay the same out of the special funds in his hands for that purpose: It is further ordered that the call of the treasurer for said Bonds for payment on January 1st 1911 be and the same is hereby approved and ratified. • D.J. Parker having tendered his resignation as fence Comissioner of the Stock law Territory of Stewarts creek ,the same is hereby accepted , and it is furthe ordered that S.D. Brantly be and is-hereby appointed in his stead. • • And ance to prevent the polution of Mill- Branch in Hectors creek Township The Board of C toners do ordain, pursuantsy{% to the Authority vested in them by Chapter 866 Public Laws 7, And it is hereby ordered by Authority of the same that it shall be unlawful for any Soh, Firm or Corporation ,to place any sawdust or athe poluting material in Mill Branch i� Hectors Creek Township under the Penalities prescribed in said law, The fdllowing rules ttth reference to Northington Ferry are hereby prescribed by the board; Said ferry shall be free to all Passengers from Sunrise to Sunset of Each days Sunday excepted The Fdrryman may make the following charges for transporting Passengers at other times as follows Pedestrians' Five cts per trip for each Iassenger, for teams or conveyances 15 cts per trip for each team and conveyance. Jernigan Deputy Sheriff of Harnett county'in obedience to an order directed to me by the board of County Comissioners, summoned a Jury of Five good and Lawful men To -wit Jessie McLamd, L.A.
