Minits of last meeting read and approved.
Ordered that the sheriff lay off public road in Averasboro as described in the petition as recorded in
the minits of meeting of October 7th 1912.
ordered that the sheriff have a public road laid off in Barbecue and Johnsville aWdwnships as desdfled
in,the Minits of the comissiones of August 5th 1912 at the expense of the Petitioners.
The question of the Fence territory of the Buck horn and Hectors Creek fence District as to the aunt': ed
territory. was left off for the next. meeting of the board.
The question of the Church roads of Stewarts Creek and Black River Townships was left off for the
next meeting of the board._
Report of County Treasurer D.E. Stewart was received read and ordered filed and recored.
Whereas The County is.inUe.bted =to_ the Carolina Engineering Company balance due on the Cape Fear River
bridges in the Sum of twent4 Eight Hundred ninty seven &47L100 D011ars (42897.47) which sum has been
held by the County pending the settlement of a contrdversy Between said Engineerir_ co and E.A. Kline
And Whereas baj6 Controversy hsa been settled ; It is ordered that said Sum be paid to J.C. Clifford
Atty for the Engineeering Co and E.F. soung Atty for said Kline in trust for their said Clients and
attacking Coeditors of E.A. Kline according to their respective interest.
Whereas it appears to the board that the following persons residing in Dyke Stock Law District and
raving the numbers of acres opposite their names within said Territory
have failed to list said property for special Azs3ca :mcnt for building da ±de around said territory.
It is therefore ordered that notice issue to said parties to show cause at the next meeting of theis
board if any cause they have why said property shall not be assessed for said purposes
