On recomendation of Mr M.J. Senter Calvin Hardee was appointed one of the fence comissioners of the
fence territory of Buckhorn Hectors creek and et to take the place of T.B. Lanier recently appointed
and as mr Lanier could not serve and Mr Hardee was notified at once.
J. Wash Hodges of Averasboro was releived from the paymenj: of Poll tax for the year 1912.
The following road petition was received and ordered filed as foliows:-
Ordered that notice be given that a public road be laid off leading from the public road near Swanns
by Pineview as by petition, and an extension of same road be made to Spoutsprings to connect with the
road being built by Kent Jordan, to that plate, Also that the Lillington and Johnsville Road be reloca-
ted and made straight near Pinview Jas A. Harps offering to make the improvement. A.E. MCDONALD

To the Hon'l board of county Conissloners, We, the Supervisors of Andersons Creek Township respectfully
petition your Board to appoint John S. Johnson oversser of the public road from Clarks Bridge to Spout
springs, said road being the dividing line between Andersons Creek and Barbecue$ Townships as the super-
visors cannot appoint an overseer on a dividing line, and instruct him to work the hands heretofore

The above petition was acted upon and John S. Johnson Was appointed Overseer.
The Bond of L.D. Byrd Jr recently appointed a Constable of Stewarts Creek Township was received being
proerfy signed in the Sum of $500.00 with L.D. Byrd sr as securety was accepted and ordered filed and
recorded.- The following tax levy was ordered to be made as follows :-
