Monday July 8th 1912 County Comissioners met with the County Assessory�and the list
Takers for the equalization of the taxes of 1912, Present V.C. Mathews Chm D.P. McDonald,
B.F. Williams J.E. Wilson J.N. Fuquay, With H.C. Stewart County Assessor , list takers,
J.E. Elliott E.T. Lee H.D. Cameron , J.H. Williams Angier J.D Champion J.W. Lucas
L.L. Turlington not present Will Cotton A.E. McDonald U.H. Parker, John Green J.H. Williams
Stewarts creek T.A. Harrington not present,
The list was gone over and no changes made in the valuation of real estate of last year and
' the books were received and turned over to the Clerk of the Board for the computing of the taxes
of 1912. �WQ
Ordered that J.M. Barber be summoned to come before the board of county Comissioners on the 1st
monday of Aqgust 1914 and show cause if he has any why his property sh ould not be listed
or returned as unlisted .
An all of the unlisted are to be notified as the above.
Notice was given$ to the sheriff that Monday August 1st 1912 he would be required to settle
with the board for the taxes of 1911,
