On motion of P.F. Pope it was ordered that some be boughtofor the aged lady occupant of the county home:

On motion of Pal. Pope duly Seconded by B.F. Williams a contract is hereby let to A.A. Obryan to put two
coats of paint on the woo& workin Court roonq one coat of sizing and (2) two coats of painton the walls
o said Court Room, and that Canvass shall be put on the ceiling and then papered, all to be done in a
f at class workman like manner, and all material to be furnished by said A.A. Obryan and for said work
t county agrees to pay the said A.A. Obryan the sum of $212.00.
On motion of Mr Pope and duly seconded, the road tax question as introduced by mr Baggett was left off for
next meeting.

countydeacribed below said election having been recomended by the Board of Education it is hereby ordered
to be held on the 4th day of Sept 1913 at long branch School house Registrar C.H. Pope Judges Josiah Pope
and K.S. Weeks for the amount of 30cts on each $100. dollars of Property and 90 cts on each Poll

Trestle, thence up said river to Gainses Bridge, thence the old County lS.ne to near Delphur Barboure on the .
Dunn and Fayettville road, thence direct to the Dunn and Clinton road near G.F. Popes place thence said road
to the Popes branch down said Branch to Mingo thence down Mingo to the beginning. the School House to be
built on present site og Long Branch School house.
