foliowe was adopted:- North Carolina aarnett County Stewarts Creek Township To the Board of
Comis:ioners of said ounty, I. I.W. Smith Sheriff of "arnett Countyin obedience to an order. directed
to me from the board of county comissioners ated 4th day of ,,,y 1914 summoned a Jury of three good
and lawful men towit B.F. TrueloveJ.P. Byrd and J.A. Smith to view the grounds and lay out and mark
a road leading from Bumhlevel to J.O. Laytons farm over the lands of and others whereupon the said
Jury mey, on the 3rd day. of June 1914 and after being duly sworn proceeded to lay off and mark out
said road as f'' y'p'f% ordered the damage assesses in favor of the parties over whose land the road
runs are as follows : - Over the land of W.W. Allen L.D. Byrd Sr G.B. Byrd L.A. Bethune J.A. ?pc
