CArolinm; end whereas it is found by Actual Measurement will not proaby build more then one mile of /tell Road in Lillington Township end where's the act of the General Assembly Authorizes the Township to invest only $5000.00 per mile which investment is to be secured by first mortg'ge bonds on the said WWII r'il rood and where's the party of the first part desires to be fair end doed not wish to tike 'ny Adv'ntege of the public in the investment 'nd whereas the said net makes the minumia amount Amount of bonds to be voted in Lillington Township (25,000.00; And whereas the Central Carolina Rail rood Cos Any desires to use( only 35000.00 of said Bonds. Now Therefore in consideration of the people of illing on Township ISP ate— / voting for said bonds as provided for in chapter 779 of the public local laws of the Gneral Assembly of North Carolina at its ses sicn of 1913, The Central Carolina Rail road Coampany hereby agrees and binds itself and successors and assigns, not to ask or make demand upon the county comissioners of Harnett County, at any time for more than $5000.00 of said issue. • And it is expressly and mutually agreed by the parties hereto, that the county Comissioners of Harnett County shall not at this or any future time issue and deliver to the Central Carolina Rai -1 road or its sucessors or assigns more than $5000.00 of said Lillington Township Bonds, and shall not in any event deliver any of the kW bonds except upon the said Rail Road Company first having perfectly constructed approximately one mile of Rail Road in said Lillington Township as apart of a con tinous line extending from Lillington Eastward, and delivering an equal amount of its first Mortgage bonds as provided for in the act heretofore mentioned.
