ple within the proposed specinl school district whether.there small be levied in said District a special
annual tax of no* more than 30 cts on the one hundred dollars valuation of property and 90 cts on

To the board of County Cemissiones of Harnett County, 'We, the undersigned free holders in whose nwme the
Real Estate is listed in the tax lists of the currant fiscal year in the county of Harnett constituting
one fourth of such persons in the proposed special school district included in the following boundaries
to -wit: Beginning nt Brantiy Ford on South River and Runs Pig Pen Road to stony run Ford on Benson Pond
thence up Stony run to a 'r'nnch by Jim Hodges into South River the ce down South River to the beginning
at Brabtly Ford, Respectifully petition yourhonorable board for an Election under section 4115, School
law to ascertain the will of the People within the proposed Special School District, whether ther shall

ship. To the board of comissioners of said county I,J.R. McLeod deputy Sheriff of said Township in obe-
dience to nn order directed to me from the boar& of county comissioners dated the seconded day of December 19
sumoned a Jury of three good lnwful men to -wit W.T. Morgan, J.H. Morgan and D.D. Johnsen to view the grount
and lay out and mark a road, lending from Ernest Viiders, to the Raleigh Fayettvillc Rood near Richard Bulls
over the land of J.A. MOrgnn Neill McLeod and others Whereupon said Jury met on the 25th day of January 1914
and after being duly sworn according to lmw proceeded to lay off' and mark out said road as ordered the darting
assessed in favor of the parties over whore land the road runs are as follows no damage
