Board of Counfg Commissioners met in Regylar Session, Present; D.H.Senter,Chm., L.D.Burwell
A.A.Shaw,E.H.Gardner,and H.N.Bizzell. Minutes of last Meeting read and Approved,with the exception
of the omission of the following Resolution,which was ordered recorded herewith:
" Whereas the former Board of County Commissioners pledged the sum of 41500.0Q to the support
of the Lillington Farm Life School,and it appears that said sum has not yet been appropriated,and it
appearing that the need of the Institution demands the appropriation of said sum,it is therefore
ordered by the Board that an order be drawn on the Treasurer of Harnett County for the sum of 41500.00,
said order to be made payable to J.R.Baggett,The Treasurer of the Lillington Farm Life School.

The following petition was presented to the Board by the Trustees of the Lillington high
School District:

Harnett County.
To the honorable Board of Commissioners of Harnett County,Greeting:
ie the undersigned Trustees of the Lillington High School District,pespectfully, petition
that.yotir Honorable Board call an Election in said Dthool District to be held on Tuesday,June 8th.1915,
for the.purpose of authorizing the Issuance of 410,000. of Bonds for the completion of the School
Building of said District, as provided by an act passed by the General Assembly of North Carolina, at
its Session of 1915, entitled "An Act to Provide for an Additional Bond Issue for Lillington High
School District Harnett County ", it being House Bill number 1464 and Senate Bill number 1558,provisions
to be made for the Holding of said Election in accordance with the requirements of said act.

"North Carolina ) Resolution for Lillington High School District.
Harnett County.)
:hereas there has been presented to the Board of Commissioners of Harnett County
a Request signed by the Trustees of the Lillington High School District asking that an Election be
called in said District for the purpose of Authorizing the Issuance of $10,000 of Bonds for the purpose
of completing the School Building of said District, and whereas said Election has been provided for
by an act of the General Assembly of North Carolina at its Session of 1915,Entitled "An Act to provide
for an Additional Bond Issue for Lillington High School District Harnett County ", Now therefore in
Consideration of the premises, Be it Resolved: 1st. That an election be, and the same is, hereby called
to be held in Lillington High School Dist. on the 8th. day of June,1915, said Election to be held in
accordance with the Law regulating the holding of the Election by the Members of the General Assembly.
2nd.: That a new Registration of the said ;ilection be, and the s ame is hereby ordered, and J.A.
Stewart is hereby appointed Registrar, and uv.J.Parker and l.F,Marsh,Sr. are hereby appointed Judges
for the holding of said Election.
3rd.: That a copy of these Resolutions be published in the Harnett Reporter weekly from now until
the date of the holding of said Election.
Approved by the Unanimous Vote of the Commissioners, all members being present.

Dr.J.W-.Halford filed his official report as County health officer and the same was read and ordered
filed.
The following resolution was passed by the Bpard:
"It is hereby ordered by the Board of Commissioners of Harnett County that the Clerk of this Board
be directed to draw a warrant on the Treasurer of Harnett County in favor of D.Gaster,Treasurer of
Cumberland County for w. 469/00,Harnett's part of indebtedness of Cumberland County as per Arbitration
Commissioners Report of 1911.This covers interest from May lst,1911 to May lst11915,and vr39.32 interest
accrued prior to may lst,1911.The Clerk is also directed to draw warrant on the Treasurer of Harnett
County in favor of Cumberland County for :59.66,Harnett Countys part of principal of Court House Bnds,
retired•by Cumberland CountyJune lst,1913,as per statement made by Treasurer of Cumberland County,dated
