No. 9 Averasboro Twp, (and a part of Duke No.2) was received,approved,and ordered recorded in the Book of Elections. . The following releases were allowed by the Board: • • • G.W.dilier,released from payment of Poll tax in Grove '»wp.for 1915,and permanently thereafter. . . . Wellington Waddell,released of payment of Poll Tax in Barbecue Twp. for this .year (1916) and. permanently thereafter. (Not listed in this County for 1915.) . Henry F.Smith was released permanently from payment of Poll Tax in Lillington Twp. The application of Rucker Olive for admission to the Statt3"T'z a -ining School was approved. It was ordered by the Board that the Clerk be and is hereby authorized to issue Voucher on the County Treasurer payable to J.E.Clark for $250.00,same to be part payment on Building of Bridge on Upper Little River,balance to be paid when Bridge is completed and accepted. On Motion of E.H.Gardner,the Board duly placed Mrs.Bythea Waddell on the Pauper List, allowing Four. Dollars ($$4.00) for the balance of the present quarter,and $12.00 per quatter hereafter.
