Ordered that A.M. Sbaw Auditor sell the cans on hand if he can get cost and interest.
Moved tah Chas Ross be allowed to make contract with Roast Line R.R. Co for the imediate building
of the Overhead Bridge at Olivia in Accordance with an order heretofore made with the Corporation
or to accept in Lieu therof a wooden bridge to ,be built at the entire cost of the Rail Road Company
so log as the same may meet the requirements of Public traffic.
Ordered that John McCormick be releived from Poll taxes for this year and permantly / /U /1t
Ordered that A.M. Shaw Auditor get a complete list of Dog tax due each Township and report let Monday
October 1917.
Ordered taht L.D4 Arnold be allowed $22.50 for keepin Worthington Ferry

Ordered that Robt Maynor Col of Averasbore be allowed $3, per month beginning today.
Ordered that W.L. Bledsoe be exempted from Poll and road tax in Duke Township .
Orderd that Susan Baker be allowed 46, per quarternin place of $ 3, now allowed.

Upon Motion of J.C. Byrd seconded by R.D. Oberby the Following resolution was unanimously adopted;
Resolved by the
Board of Comissioners of Harnett County, that We, learned with deep regret, of the sad berievement of our
fellow Member Mr R.T. Johnson, in the loss of his wife since our last meeting. We express to Mr Johnson
our profound sympathy in this hour of trial and commend to him all the consolations afforded by the
Christian with. We pay% our tribute to the noble and generous life of the good woman who has been trent
- planted to a better world.Realizing that while her loss to Mr Johnson to his Childredyl and to the oomun-
ity in which she lived seems at this time % fl$' so greivious, that the memory of her bright and cheerful
disposition, and her Godly deeds will remain an everlasting blessing to those who were privileged to
know her.
