Ordered that the Land of Albert Bickers in Barbecue Township 22 acres listed at $600.be reduced to
$300,
Ordered that H.D.McDonald and T.W.Harrington confer with the Auditor in regard to unlisted Land in
their townships,
Ordered that John Spraddle,be allowed $2,00 week to help wait on John.S.Smith at County Home,
Ordered that Chas Ross,atty confer with R.R.Co and draw up agreements concerning the building of the
overhead Bridge in Johnsonville & Barbecue Townships,
Ordered that the same board as before meet with Sheriff J.M.Byrd on July 19th 1917,for full settlemt.

Upon report of J.E.Ligon,Registrar and H.T.Faucette,and John.Mitchell,Judges appointed to hold an
Election ins Lillington High Sshool District on saturday Jaly 7th.1917, for the purpose of submitl
ting to the qualified voters of the said District the question of issuing Six Thousand Dollars of
the purpose of providing building and equipment funds for the Lillington High School District and
it appearing to the Board that there were registered for the said election 70,number of voters and
that there were east at said election 53 votes in favor of the said/00100W bond issue and no
votes against the said bond issue and it appearing to the Board that the election in all respects
was conducted regularly and according to law, it is therefore oonsidered,adjudged and declared that
the said election was duly held and the said bond issue is Maly ordered. and the Board of Trustees
of the Lillington High Sehooll District be and they are hereby declared empowered to execute in the
name of thesaid School district bonds in the sum of Six Thousand Dollars dated July Ist 1917, and to
mature serially at the rate of One Thousand Dollars per annum beginning with July 1st.1918 and bear-
ing interest at the rate of six per cent per annum.payable semiannually,both bond and interest due
and payable at such place as may be designated by the said Board of TrusteesT Upon motion of J.C.B-
yrd and seconded by R.D.Overby the above resolution was unanimously adopted by the Board of Commis-
sioners in session Jaly 9th,1917, all members being present and voting in the affirmative,
