J.D. Barnes Chm J.C. Byrd, R.T. Johnson D.P. Ray and W.J. MoStesmrt full bord present.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved,
Ordered 'tah Polly Colville be put on Pauper list at $4, per Month Averasboro.
Also that Mary Prince Buckhorn be put on Pauper lei at $8, per quarter beginning with $5 , today.
Ordered Tilt A.M. Shaw Auditor collect from the load Comissioners of Hectors Creek Neils Creek
Lillington and Stewarts Creek the $1000, pledges to survey Lafayett High way and convey the same
to High way Comissioner.
Ordered that J.D, Lanier be hired by the County at $50, per month and he is to hire an extra hand and
bill to be paid by County.
Ordered that Chas Ross Attorney and A.M. Shaw Auditor and W.H. Faucett compare and compile for the
the minutes sl•the Summary of 1917 tax settlement.
Orderd taht J.C. Byrd and R.T. Johnson with Chas Ross Attorney with our Representative Draft a road
law for Harnett County.
Ordered tkM Mollie Wood be allowed Duplicate of order for October let 1918.
Ordered Tilt W.D. Womble has filed his Bond in place of A.M. Cuintings who failed to give Bond.
Ordered that Sam G. Smith be releived of Poll tax of his son Sam A, Smith dead.
Ordered that Board of Education have Stair Way enclosed at their own expense for storrage room.
Ordered taht County pay one half of cost of butments o8 Kivetta bridge at Buies Creek at Z.T. Kivetts
if the road comissiones pay other half.
