And Whereasaµ The Board of Education of Barnett County have requested and authorized this ;Poard" to issa�e the said Thirty 'Thousand Dollars in Bonds nott of One "thousand Dollars denomination, bearing interest at the rate of si -x per cent per annum, payable semi - annually on the let. day of May and November in each year, I and due and payable on the let. day of Novermber, 1940, in accordance with the previsions of the Public Local Act herein - before referred to. WHEREFORE, it is considered, adjudged and hereby declared that the proposed bond issue received the approval of the majority of the qualified voters of said School District; that this Board does hereby authorize the issuance of the 'hirty Thousand Dollars bonds and the delivery of the same to the Board of Education of this County for the purpose of star sake as in said act, provided; It i> further ordered that said bonds .shall run for a period of twenty ;;ears from Nov. 1st. 1920, and bear intetest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable semi - annually on the last days of ?Say and November in Pach year,both principal and. interest payable at ..Tew York City bank to be selected by the purchasers; said bonds to be in denomination -f One Thousand Dollars each, and the said bonds and interest are declared to bpi a valid lien upon the property of said Coatd ,School District; and this Board hereby obligates itself and its successors in office to levy and cause to be coll:cted in the said School District a sufficient tax to pay the interest on th e said bonds and privide for a sinking fund for the payfiaent cf the principal thereof, when due.
