Brady in the sum of $203.47 in full satisfaction of taxes of John 1. Parrish and Alonzo Parrish for the year 1928. The following committee was appointed to investigate the advisability of a survey in Nunn: E.L. Cooke, J.B. Ennis and 4o. Atty. I.R. Williams, and make their report to the Board at their meeting on the First Monday in June. It was ordered that the Board enter into agreement with Bray Brothers and Co. to prepare $135,000.00 Bond issue at 50, charges to be 1% and guarantee to be made. P.M. Garland Sloan of U.L.River Twp. appeared before the Board and asked for $5.00 relief on accoL_nt of dog tax. The Board refused to grant the relief. Mr. W.A. Peterson, yistriet *a Fire Warden, appeared before the Board and asked for 41200.00 appropriation for Forest Fire Protection to the year 141 1932. It was ordered that action on this matter be deferred until regular meet- ing on June 1st. 1931. It was ordered that ®ounty Auditor,J.S. McLean a oeept $50.00 in full settlement of all taxes due on 72 acres of land in Barbecue Townshop, listed i the name of H. T. McLean and is hereby authorized to issue proper receipt to Durham Life Insurance Wompany on payment of $50.00. It was ordered thst W.H. Salmon be relieved of $9.67 apecial tax 4ohool tax in 4J/strict 80 for the reason that he does not live in Special District. It was ordered that check issued by L.M.
