RESOLUTION: The following resolutions were adopted by the Board: lst. That the County will pay for no stills unless the said stills are destroyed at the Courthouse in the presence of tither Commissioner J.H. illiams or H.M. O'4uinn which two Commissioners are hereby appointed a tommittee to look after the destruction of each still and to keep a record of each still, the price to be paid for each still, which shall include cap, worm and still, shall be 410.00 2nd. For the arrest and eonviotion of each operator the County will pay 45.00 for first operator of said still and 42.60 for each additional operator.
