It was ordered that the Purchasing Agent be authorized to purchase
soil testing auger and syringe for vaccinating hogs for cholera.
It was ordered that Sheriff Fowler be authorized to erect a storage house
for County supplies to be 16 by 20 Net and that he be instructed to
have old garage building at the North end of the ,ourt House torn down and
removed.
It was ordered that Burnioe Jernigan be allowed an amount for supplies not
to exceed $5.00 per month to be distributed by Miss Mo4neea.
It was ordered that a dommittee composed of E.L. Cooke, and J.S. McLean,
Auditor, be instrued to investigate telephone bills for the 'p 'port House.
It was ordered by the Board that H.H. O'4uinn be ordered to investigate
the advisability of hraveling road between Mason's store and Norrington
Bridge in U.L. diver Township.
RESOLUTION:
The following resolutions were adopted by the Board:
lst. That the County will pay for no stills unless the said stills are destroyed
at the Courthouse in the presence of tither Commissioner J.H. illiams or H.M.
O'4uinn which two Commissioners are hereby appointed a tommittee to look
after the destruction of each still and to keep a record of each still, the
price to be paid for each still, which shall include cap, worm and still,
shall be 410.00
2nd. For the arrest and eonviotion of each operator the County will pay
45.00 for first operator of said still and 42.60 for each additional operator.
It is ordered that 'bounty Auditor be and he is hereby authorized to segregate
the taxes due on the several lots formerly owned by Wilson and Ise in Averas-
boro Township and to accept the pro rata taxes from present owners on the
valuations of each lot and to receipt for the taxes upon the payment of same
on each lot for the year 1930 and prior years thereto.

upon payment of tax on valuation of 44060100 at rate of 41.74 or the sum of
$66.99.
