12311930i28 The County Board of Commissioners met in Special Session after having been legally called; Those present being E.L. Cooke, vice- Chairman, J.B. Ennis, J.H. Williams and H.M. O'Quinn. Absent: Dr. J.W' Halford, Chairman, who was confined to a hospital in Fayetteville, N.C. It was moved by J.B. Ennis and seconded by RIIIM. O'Quinn that the fol- lowing Resolution be adopted: in'thatIt is ordered that the tract of land containing 555 acres described Deed of Trust from Lizzie Wood to First National Trust Company, recorded in Book 202, at age 116, be released from furthe taxation for the y year 1926 upon jlar paymen$ o OW taxes on a valuation of 424,305.00, plus interest, Court costs and attorney fees: It is further ordered that the said tract of lend be released from further taxation for the years 1927 and 1928 of the taxes on a valuation of 421,300.00, plus, interest, court costs and attorney fees. It is further ordered that said land be released from further taxation for years 1929 and 1930zapon payment of the taxes on a valuation of 422425,00, plus costs and interest." Those voting in favor of the aboveresolution being: E.L. Cooke. Vice- Chairman and acting Chairman, H.M. O'Quinn, J.B. Ennis and J.H. Williams. Voting against: None. It was ordered by the Board that the following notice be posted and published as to the sale of Harnett County's 450,000.00 note. NOTICE OF SALE OF COUNTY NOTE.
