The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, all members
except Stuart Turlington, J. O. West Co. Atty was also present.
It is ordered that the personal property of Wilson Lee Drug Co.
Dunn, N.C. be released upon the payment of taxes for the folowing valuation
1928, 48250.00 1929 $8250.00 and ,1930 „ $6500.00.
It •is ordered that the lands of J. A. Blaylock in Neill's Creek
Township be segregated and valued as follows: 165 acre tract Value $6600.00
40 acre tract Value $1500.00 and the said 40 acre tract is to be released
from taxation upon payment of taxes on W500.•OO valuation, for the years 1929 -30.
Upon motion of Commissioner Lowdermilk,,;seconded by?Con ni•ssioner
Rosser, it was ordered that the Capital Outlay Fund for;Equipilent, Furniture
and Instuctional Apparatus, as presented by the original budget of te Board
of Education, be increased by the sum of 45,000. for the purpose of .furnishing
the new Amditorium at Angier with seats and needrd equipment; and to this
end that the 1930 -31 Budget of the County be increased by a like amount, and
the same is hereby. appropriated. Commissioners voting for said appropriation
were Lowdermilk, Rosser, Voting against: Pope,
