Township, and make recommendation as to its taxable valuation, reports' as follows:
Property on °West Broad Street, old Gerald residence - We-recommend that this be
reduced from $4,000.00 to $3,500.00, effective 1936. We further recommend that no
reduction be allowed on property on Fayetteville Avenue nor on the farm lands
consisting of 25 and W7 acres respectively, as your committee is of the opinion
that these values are not out of line. Respectfully submitted,

It is ordered that the 98 acre tract of W.B.Massengill Estate in Averasboro
Township, be reduced in valuation from $3165.00 to $2800.00 on account of error
in acreage. It is also ordered that the County Auditor list for the. year 1936
to Parnella Massengill Blackman 48.7 acres at a valuation of $1400.00, and to
L.A.Massengill 37.8 acres at $1400.00.
