The Board of Commissioners met in a pall session Monday, Tune 22nd.
with these members present: J.B.Ennis, Chairman; Geo.T,Noel; J,5 ,Barker;
and A.A,Cameron County Attorney I.R,Willtams was also present.
It is ordered that $2040.00 be appropriated for Certifying Agent and
Office Assistant for Welfare Departent for 1938 -37. This to be dis-
continued if State Department should stop sending commodities.
It is ordered that bond in amount of $1000.00 of J.R.Collier, Constable
of Grove Township, signed by A.F.Grimes, Owen Odum and P.F.Pope, be approved.
It is ordered that report of Wm.C.Ezzell, State Inspector of Jail and
County home, be accepted and filed.
The County Auditor is hereby directed and ordered to pay all registrars,
poll holders and clerks as certified by the Board of Elections for the
frmaries of June 6th. and July 4th. 1936.
