The Board ofmpounty Commissioners met in regular session with the following
nenbers present J.B. Ennis, Chairman, H.M. OtQuinn, J.D. Byrd and J.S. Barker and
E.L.Cooke. I.R.Williams, County Attorney, also present.
Owing to the fact that matters of importance relating to the financial con-
dition of the County and requiring the presence of the County Auditor and he being
absent on account of serious illness in his family, it is ordered that the Board
Voo take a rescess until November 8th. 1934 at 10 o'clock, L.M.
