TM Board of County Ooamisaioners amt in call session with the following
members present:- H.Y. O'Quinn, Tice- Chairman, 2.1. stooks, J.S. Barker and J.D.
Byrd. I.R. Williams, Bounty Attorney, also presaat.
Yr. J.B. Ennis, Chairmen, being absent, Hr. H.Y. O' *inn, Vice-Chairmen
took the chair and acted as Chairman.
RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, it is impeasive both to the lounty and those tat - payers
who have paid their taxes, for the 'toasty oommisaioners to levy additional taxes
on those who have paid their axes; Now, therefore be it ordered as follows:
That the Tax ¶olleotor proceed to levy on personal property for
all taxes and collect on such levies.
That the 4ounty Auditor and SoustrAttorney proosed with the suits
now pending to. final judgment and to institute,.ak suits on tax certificates for
the years 1930 and 1981.

meeting of the Board.
There being no further business before the Board it was ordered
that they do adjourn.
